Dark chocolate oatmeal topped with banana, strawberries, almonds and crunchy peanut butter.
For the oatmeal: 1/3 cup of oats, 3/4 cups of soy milk, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 3/4 of a banana (mashed) & 4 squares of dark chocolate. Mix all the ingredients together (except the chocolate) and heat up in a saucepan & stir, when the porridge gets thick (or to the consistency you like) mix in the chocolate until it melts into the oatmeal. Serve in a bowl with whatever toppings you like and enjoy :)! Rich in flavour & rich in antioxidants.
